DESCRIPTION

PVA 088-60 is a high viscosity Polyvinyl Alcohol. It is a water-soluble high polymer characterized by low hydrolysis degree.

SPECIFICATION:

- HYDROLYSIS (mol%) 87.0 – 89.0
- APPEARANCE: White (slightly yellowish) granules
- VISCOSITY (mPa.s or cps): 50 – 58
- VOLATILE (wt%): 5.0 (Max)
- Ph: 5 – 7
- ASH (wt%) 0.5 (Max.)
- PURITY (wt%): 93.5 (Min.)
- IN COMPLIANCE WITH: FDA 175-105BGVV36

REMARKS:

1) Value measured on 4% water solution at 20C with Model-BL viscometer.

2) PH value 4% of water solution and measured with a pH-meter at ambient temperature.

3)Ash as content of sodium oxide (Na2O)

STORAGE

Until 60 months in the original bags, at room temperature.

PACKAGING

Packed in paper bags, 20 kg net per bag. 18 MT per 20 feet container. 

Transported in clean vehicles with shelters to prevent form humidity, raining and sunshine. Gently handle to avoid breakage of bag when transiting.
