The capacity of water soluble fiber is 19 ktpa. S-9、S-8、SS-7、SS-4、SS-2 fiber represents our water soluble products with respective dissolving temperature of 90℃、80℃、70℃、40℃、20℃.The products can be used in cotton spinning, linen spinning. Wool spinning and silk spinning in pure or blend. The blended fiber or carrier yarn, pure water soluble yarn and non-woven fabric are well sold in the world.
Water solubility PVA fiber
Water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fiber is a cotton-like synthetic fiber, which has been widely used in agriculture, light industry, textile, military, medical and other fields in recent years.
Water-soluble PVA fibers not only have ideal water-soluble temperature, strength and elongation, but also have good acid, alkali and dry-heat resistance. They are odorless and non-toxic after dissolving in water. The water-soluble PVA fibers are colorless and transparent. They can decompose naturally in a short time without any pollution to the environment. They are 100% green environmental protection products.
Application:
As the only water-soluble new synthetic fiber textile raw material in the world, the fiber is widely used in textile, medical, packaging, paper and other industries, and has broad domestic and foreign market prospects.
This product has good chemical resistance, antimicrobial property, sunlight resistance and good dispersibility. It can be widely used in papermaking, wiping paper, women’s sanitary napkins, facial paper, seedling-raising paper, napkin paper, money paper, wallpaper, lens paper, embroidery paper (cloth), tape paper, battery separator paper, tea bag paper, packaging paper, cook’s cap paper, vacuum bag paper, disposable toiletry paper and so on. Refractories, ceramics, etc.
